Ukraine's President met newly appointed Interior Minister

(ForUm) - Victor Yushchenko has met with newly appointed Interior Minister Vasyl Tsushko, president's press office reported.

They spoke about how to fight organized crime in Ukraine more efficiently, particularly in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, reports Trend.

Yushchenko and the newly appointed minister also discussed reforms of the law enforcement system. The Head of State reminded about a presidential decree making the government hold consultations with the President on the appointment of heads of the country's law enforcement agencies.
