Ukraine's prime minister held a meeting with first deputy prime minister of the Russian Federation
(ForUm) - Within the framework of the Davos Economic Forum an informal meeting between Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmytro Medvedyev was held. The meeting concerned the complex of the Russian-Ukrainian relations. In particular, the sides had considered fuel and energy cooperation, Cabinet press office informs.
Viktor Yanukovych noted that the sides had succeeded in regulating a constructive dialogue between the Ministries of Energy and economic subject, reports Trends.
According to the Prime Minister of Ukraine, solving an issue on resources supply and gas pumping for underground storages would allow to create necessary conditions for gas transiting to the European countries. These facts prove the resumption of strategy partnership in energy sphere between our countries, Viktor Yanukovych stressed.
