( ForUm ) - European Commission President Jose Barroso once again underlines that it is impossible to foresee future of relations with Ukraine. He told Tuesday after the meeting with Ukraine's PM Yanukovych in Brussels in response to the question about Ukraine's membership in the EU.
"We cannot foresee anything now, but it is obvious that the both sides need to do much," EC President said.
He underscored that Ukraine and the EU had started preparation of new Enhanced Agreement, which provided for intensification of cooperation and creation of free trade zone.
At that Barroso pointed out that free trade zone with application of all corresponding instruments may be created only after Ukraine accession into the WTO.
He also noted that free trade zone is only a part of the Agreement.
