Moroz noted it will be a positive factor in the occurred conditions. At the same time, according to Moroz, he knows what questions will be considered and what decisions will be made.
"I haven't taken an interest in that, but I know that the range of these questions is very important," Moroz told. According to him, if it is necessary to hold the early elections, then it is necessary to give an answer about their organization. "And namely the CEC must give the answer," Moroz told.
