Turkish FM Davutoglu Arrives in Baku
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu has arrived in Azerbaijan's capital city of Baku on Monday.
Davutoglu was greeted at the Haydar Aliyev International Airport by the Turkish Ambassador in Baku Hulusi Kilic and officials from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Ahmet Davutoglu arrived in Baku with the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov after attending the 36th Foreign Affairs Ministers' Meeting of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) in Damascus, Syria.
Davutoglu and Mammadyarov will hold a tete-a-tete meeting on Tuesday and later appear in a joint press conference.
Ahmet Davutoglu will be received by the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday. Davutoglu will hold meetings with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade and Parliament Speaker Oktay Esedov during the same day.
Davutoglu will depart from Baku on Tuesday evening after visiting the Turkish Caucasus University.
