The Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKI) has announced an open tender for the construction of additional buildings for three universities in Istanbul within 600 days.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 14:00 (GMT + 3) on August 28, 2018.
