In January-August 2019, exports from Istanbul and Ankara to China amounted to $902.044 million, a source in the Turkish Exporters’ Assembly told Trend.
“In January - August 2019, exports from Ankara to China decreased by 29.55 percent compared to the same period in 2018, amounting to $318.28 million,” the report said.
In January - August 2019, exports from Istanbul to China also decreased by 24.18 percent compared to the same period in 2018, amounting to $583.764 million.
“In August this year, exports from Ankara to China decreased by 48.92 percent compared to August 2018, amounting to $32.979 million,” said the report. “In August 2019, exports from Istanbul to China also decreased by 12.13 percent compared to August 2018 and amounted to $67.707 million.”
In August 2019, Turkey’s exports to China decreased by 15.69 percent compared to August 2018 and amounted to $1.6 billion.
