Turkey's income from taxation of vehicles and from the fees for the use of roads and bridges in September 2019 amounted to 173.9 million Turkish liras ($30.2 million), Trend reports referring to Turkish General Directorate of Highways.
The income from the use of road bridges in September 2019 exceeded 35.3 million Turkish liras ($6.1 million) and the income from the fees for the the use of roads exceeded 138.6 million Turkish liras ($24.1 million).
A total of over 40,380 million vehicles proceeded along the roads and bridges in September 2019, according to the General Directorate.
Turkey’s income from the taxation of vehicles and from the fees for the use of roads and bridges amounted to 1.434 billion Turkish liras ($249.3 million) from January through September 2019.
