In October 2019, the volume of cargo transshipment from Israel through Turkey’s ports amounted to 11.9 million tons, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
In October 2019, the cargo transshipment from Israel by ships flying the Israeli flag amounted to 205,482 tons, while ships flying flags of other countries carried 10.2 million tons of cargo.
During the reported month, the volume of cargo transshipment from Israel via Turkish ports by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 1.4 million tons.
Moreover, 823,274 tons of cargo were transported in transit from Israel through Turkish ports in October 2019.
In October 2019, Turkish ports received 5,126 vessels, the gross tonnage of which amounted to 69.8 million tons.
In the reporting period, 1,852 vessels flying the Turkish flag and 3,274 vessels flying flags of other countries arrived at Turkish ports.
In October 2019, the gross tonnage of vessels arriving at Turkish ports flying the Turkish flag amounted to 10.5 million tons, and vessels flying the flags of other countries – 59.2 million tons.
From January through October 2019, Turkish ports received 46,607 vessels, the gross tonnage of which amounted to 660.7 million tons.
In the reporting period, 17,853 vessels flying the Turkish flag and 28,754 vessels flying the flags of other countries arrived at Turkish ports.
From January through October 2019, the gross tonnage of vessels arriving at Turkish ports flying the Turkish flag amounted to 99.1 million tons, and vessels flying the flags of other countries – 561.5 million tons.
