Some 947,805 tons of cargo were shipped from Georgia via Turkish ports from January through April 2020, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
Some 319,369 tons of cargo were shipped from Georgia via Turkish ports by ships flying the Turkish flag, while 628,436 tons of cargo were shipped by ships flying the flags of other countries from January through April 2020.
During the reporting period, 512,978 tons of cargo from Georgia were transited through Turkish ports.
More than 123.4 million tons of cargo were shipped through the Turkish ports from January through April 2020.
Meanwhile, 9.6 million tons of cargo were handled by ships flying the Turkish flag.
Some 4.9 million tons of cargo were shipped through Turkish ports by ships flying the flags of their countries, while 108.8 million tons of cargo were shipped by ships flying the flags of other countries from January through April 2020.
During the reporting period, 24.9 million tons of cargo were transported through the Turkish ports.
Some 28.8 million tons of cargo were shipped through the Turkish ports in April 2020.
Some 2.2 million tons of cargo were handled by ships flying the Turkish flag, 979,880 tons - by ships flying the flags of their countries and 25.6 million tons by ships flying the flags of other countries in April 2020.
Some 6.5 million tons of cargo were transported through the Turkish ports in April 2020.
