Turkey increased export of steel by 48.9 percent from January through May 2021 compared to the same period of last year up to $7.2 billion, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
Turkey exported steel worth $1.7 billion in May 2021, which is by 114 percent more than in May 2020.
Turkey’s export of steel reached $14.9 billion over the past 12 months (May 2020 - May 2021).
