BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 20. Turkish export of ready-made clothing to Turkmenistan declined by 19.2 percent in January 2024, compared to the same month in 2023, totaling $913,200, the Turkish Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
The ministry emphasized that Türkiye exported ready-made clothing worth $19 billion abroad in the last 12 months (from January 2023 through January 2024).
Last year, this figure decreased by 9.2 percent to $19.3 billion compared to 2022.
In December 2023, Türkiye exported ready-made clothing worth $1.5 billion to foreign markets, down 14.6 percent from December 2022.
