BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 16. Exports of Turkish electrical equipment to the US grew by 38.1 percent year-on-year to $151 million from January through March 2024, Trend reports via the Turkish Trade Ministry.
"In March this year, Türkiye exported $45.7 million worth of electrical equipment to the US, which is 11.8 percent more than in March last year," the ministry said.
From January through March 2024, Turkish exports of electrical equipment decreased by 0.6 percent compared to the same period last year and amounted to $4 billion.
Türkiye exported $1.5 billion worth of electrical equipment in March this year, down 2.9 percent year-on-year.
In the last 12 months (from March 2023 through March 2024), Türkiye exported electrical equipment worth $16.2 billion.
