BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 22. German citizens purchased 232 properties in Türkiye from January through March 2024, which is 130 properties less than in the same period last year, Trend reports.
Meanwhile, German citizens bought 68 properties in Türkiye in March this year, which is 44 properties less than in March 2023.
A total of 105,394 apartments were purchased in Türkiye in March 2024, 0.1 percent less than in March 2023.
According to the information, 279,604 apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through March 2024.
This is 1.3 percent lower than in the same period in 2023.
The number of apartments sold to foreign nationals in Turkey in March 2024 was 778, a 47.9 percent decrease compared to the same period in 2023.
To note, foreigners purchased 5,685 apartments in Türkiye from January through March of the same year, which is 48 percent less than in the same period last year.
