German Lufthanza's cargo plane made an emergency landing in Iran's Khuzestan province this early morning, IRIB News reported.
According to the sources in the International Civil Aviation Organization of Khuzestan province, the cargo plane made an emergency landing in Ahvaz city of Iran approximately at 3:30 on Thursday morning.
At the airport in Ahvaz, the plane underwent check-up, and it was later revealed that the emergency landing was decided upon because of technical issues.
After spending two hours in Iran and proper documentation checking, the plane continued to its destination to Saudi Arabia.
