US President Barack Obama voiced scepticism Saturday that the ongoing process of talks with Iran can produce a lasting settlement in the dispute over Tehran's nuclear programme, dpa reported.
"I wouldn't say that it's more than 50-50," he said during a forum in Washington on US-Israeli relations. "But we have to try."
It was important for US decision-makers to "not constantly assume that it's not possible for Iran, like any country, to change over time," Obama said.
