Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan commented on minibus explosion on the Turkish-Syrian border which killed 12 people, Anadolu Agency reported.

"This event showed how justified our sensitivity to events in Syria and terrorism is, as well as the accuracy and the importance of our actions on these issues," - he said at the official lunch with EU ambassadors.

Erdogan reiterated that the Turkish government does not intend to change its policy on terrorism. "I want to clarify that we won't go on any slightest concession on these issues," - he added.

Car with Syrian numbers entered from Syria to the Turkish province of Hatay territory through a checkpoint Dzhilvegezyu (city Reyhanlı). The car was parked in the parking lot, which deliver humanitarian aid to Syria. Explosion occurred at 15:00 local time.

The death toll in the blast has reached 12 people, another 39 were injured, according to CNN Turk.

The explosion occurred in a car with Syrian registration plate. Three of killed are Turks, nine are Syrians.
