Elshan Mammadov, an Investigator of the Binagadi District Prosecutor Office told Trend that Zamina Aliyeva, 5, died as a result of collapse of balcony in one of the new constructed buildings.
An investigation has been launched into the case in the Binagadi District Prosecutor Office.
