Nar Mobile operator held its 3rd Press Club meeting with journalists. This interaction done in informal way has already become a good tradition and has enabled famous journalists to exchange their views about achievements gained in 2013 by the Azerfon Company.
Head of Public Relations and Corporate Communication Section of the Azerfon Company, Nigar Arpadarai opened the meeting, which was held in the Fairmont Baku Hotel on December 10.
Stressing the importance of the corporate social responsibility strategy, Arpadarai described the Nar Mobile operator's wider support to the development of national culture and cinema industry, including the implementation of educational and public awareness projects through its sponsorship.
This part was followed by the presentation of Matanet Babayeva, the HR Department Director speaking about the HR policy of the Azerfon Company. Describing HR strategy and priorities in this field, she underlined the importance of recognizing the specific nature of jobs in the Azerfon Company. Journalists managed to gain broad and useful information thanks to the presentation of HR Director of Azerfon.
Differing by its natural way of communication, this meeting was enjoyed by many participants that found it useful and rich of numerous facts about successful HR policy of Nar Mobile.
