BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 5. Armed Forces of Armenia are carrying out another provocation on the conditional border with Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
Armenia is pulling heavy equipment and additional forces to the conditional border in the direction of Eastern Zangezur.
