Artistic gymnastics events as part of the First European Games continue in Baku. Azerbaijani gymnasts continue competing for the medals.
Azerbaijani team ranks first (score: 29.966), followed by Spanish team (29.50) and Russian gymnasts (29.50), according to the qualifications in men's all-around competitions in artistic gymnastics.
The gymnasts are performing both in individual and team events. In the qualifications, women and men are competing in eight and five subdivisions, respectively.
In women's events, Azerbaijani representatives perform in the third subdivision. Azerbaijan's gymnasts Yulia Inshina, Marina Nekrasova and Kristina Pravdina are competing in the individual events.
In men's events, Azerbaijan's representatives are competing in the third subdivision. The country is represented by Oleg Stepko, Eldar Safarov and Petro Pakhnyuk.
The competitions will continue following the break. The semi-finalists will be determined by the end of the day.
The fist stage of men's all-around competitions in artistic gymnastics has finished. According to the preliminary results, Russian gymnasts are in the lead in men's team event (score: 88.199), followed by UK gymnasts (85.231) and Spanish team (84.832).
Brinn Bevan from the UK is in the lead in men's individual event (42.765).
This is while Russian gymnasts continue leading in women's team event, (60.165). Aliya Mustafina from Russia is the first in women's individual event (30.333), according to the preliminary results.
Azerbaijan's women's team ranked fifth (43.254), according to the preliminary results.
