According to the information by the Interior Ministry to Trend , Shahlar Abbasov's body, a resident of Bakikhanov settlement, with gunshot wound was found in Baku.
Javad Talibov, the resident of Baku, was detained as a result of operational measures held by the officials of Police Station 13 in Sabunchi District of Baku. Talibov committed the crime and ran away from the scene of accident in a Hyundai car.
A Makarov gun was seized from Talibov.
A criminal case has been filed over the fact.
