Azerbaijan, Baku, 18 April / Trend corr. G.Jabiyev / The forum of national NGOs are developing the action plan on upcoming presidential elections, MP Azay Guliyev stated.
The presidential elections will be held in Azerbaijan in October 2008.
Forum of national NGOS unites 469 members.
According to Guliyev, the plan will reflect issues to hold monitoring over presidential elections and popularize the demands of Election Code.
MP believes that different members of NGOs Forum can hold exit-poll.
