"I am traveling to Tehran to present a generous and comprehensive offer. With this offer, the EU and the six countries I represent show their desire to develop a constructive and cooperative relationship with Iran in the nuclear field and in many other areas. It is designed to support Iran in developing a modern nuclear energy programme," EU's High Commissioner for Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, said on 13 June.

He will visit Tehran on 14 June to present pack of offers to the Iranian leadership. The offers have to stimulate Iran to stop uranium enrichment.

"The proposal is carefully considered and aims to address Iran's essential interests. In addition to the nuclear issue our proposals relate to a future political relationship, economic cooperation and other areas of mutual interest," a source at EU Press Service reported to Trend on 13 June.

"I am convinced that it is possible to change the present state of affairs. Our proposal is good for the future of Iran and for the future of the Iranian people. I am looking forward to discussing it with the Iranian leaders tomorrow," Solana said.
