Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 June / Trend corr E.Babayev/ On 25 June, Sabail District Court in Baku made a verdict on Musavat party's lawsuit against Baku Administration. Attorney Tofig Yagublu said to Trend on 25 June that Judge Famil Nasibov rejected the lawsuit.

Musavat demanded to announce illegitimate Baku Administration's decision regarding allocation of an area for a demonstration which Musavat intended to hold on 4 May. Musavat postponed two demonstrations (4 and 18 May) not agreeing to hold them in a stadium in Bibi Heybat settlement which Baku Administration proposed. The party wanted to hold pickets in several places - Ukrainian Circle, the square in front of former Galaba Cinema, the area nearby Narimanov subway station, in the Fuzuli Square, or in front of Tabriz Cinema (former Sevinj).

Yagublu said Musavat would apply to the next court instance. "Anyway, we do not expect anything from local instances. Therefore, we will try to bring our lawsuit to the European Court," he said.
