According to the data by the Azerbaijani CEC for May, 4,834,584 voters were registered. More than 4,6mln were registered in the voting lists in 2007.

A total of 52% of voters are women and 48% are men.

Huseynov said that final information on voting lists would be publicized 25 days before the election day. "People participate more actively in specifying voting lists as compared to 2007.
