Georgia, Tbilisi, Dec. 23 / Trend , N.Kirtskhalia /"Georgia is prepared to start negotiations with Russia at all levels," Georgian President Micheil Saakahvili said at the meeting of Security Council of Georgia.
"We are prepared to launch negotiations with Russia at any level. However, the negotiations must proceed from recognition of the territorial integrity of Georgia, it unity, recognition of its independence and right for free election," Saakashvili said.
