The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev offered condolence to the Federal President of Germany Horst Köhler regarding the incident in the city of Winnenden, AzerTaj State news agency reported.
"I was deeply shaken and grieved upon hearing the terrible news on incident in the city of Winnenden. To this end, I express my heartfelt condolence to You, as well as families and natives of the killed, and the entire people of Germany," the message says.
