President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received members of the Ad hoc Committee to observe the referendum on the constitutional reforms headed by Paul Wille, representative of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Paul Wille said the aim of their visit is to monitor the March 18 referendum on amendments and supplements to the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
They exchanged views on ongoing democratic development processes and regional issues.
