Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said at a news conference in Baku that the Turkish-Armenian border will not be opened until Nagorno-Karabakh [Azerbaijan's enclave under Armenian occupation] is liberated, CNN TURK reported.
"The Azerbaijan-Turkey fraternal relations have never subject of discussions," Erdogan said. The minister said Turkey has never used and will never use speculations regarding the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh.
"The Turkey-Armenia border has been closed due to Nagorno-Karabakh's occupation," he said.
