The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev issued an order on purchase of ambulances, supplied with modern equipment, in order to increase the level of emergency and urgent medical aid, as well as to strengthen the material-technical base of ambulance and urgent medical aid, AzerTaj state news agency reported.
Upon the order, the Reserve Fund of the President of Azerbaijan allocated three million manats for purchase of modern ambulance cars.
The Finance Ministry is in charge of transferring the amount to the Ministry of Health.
