Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree to shift several judges of the first instance, AzerTaj news agency reported.
Under the decree, Judge of the Shamakhi Region Court Abdulrahmanli Ismail Khudaverdi oglu is appointed the chairman of the Astara Region Court, Judge of the Barda Region Court Mursalov Rufan Kamil oglu - Judge of the Garadagh District Court of Baku, Chairman of the Astara Region Court Jabiyev Elnur Mukhtar oglu - Judge of the Neftchala Region Court and Chairman of the Kapaz District Court of Ganja Fattahov Ibrahim Bagir oglu - Judge of the Barda Region Court.
