Georgian Penitentiary, Probation and Legal Aid Minister Dimitry Shashkin met EU ambassadors and briefed them on the second wave of democracy and reforms to the prison system.
Shashkin touched upon past and future reforms, the ministry reported.
The sides also discussed the new draft constitution, strengthening the judiciary, electoral reforms, promoting political parties, strengthening institutional guarantees for the opposition's participation in governance and promoting media pluralism.
