Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asia, Robert Blake will arrive in Almaty to attend the opening of the U.S Consulate General on December 12-13, Ambassador U.S Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Kazakhstan Richard Hoagland said in Astana today.
"I will be in Almaty this weekend. Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia Robert Blake will arrive in Almaty too. We will attend the opening ceremony of the U.S Consulate General in Almaty," U.S. diplomat said.
