General Prosecutor's Office: Criminal case on armed attack submitted to court

A criminal case due to an armed attack on the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy was submitted to the court.
The investigation of the criminal case was completed and sent March 29 for consideration by the Court for Grave Crimes, Prosecution General spokesman Eldar Sultanov told Trend .
According to Sultanov, Amirov Javidan Farman oglu was charged under articles 214.2.1, 214.2.3 (terrorism), 28,120.2.1 (preparation for premeditated murder), 120.2.1, 120.2.3, 120.2.4 , 120.2.5, 120.2.7, 120.2.10, 120.2.11, 120.2.12 (premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances), 29,120.2.1, 29,120.2.3, 29,120.2.4, 29,120.2.5, 29,120.2.7, 29,120.2. 10, 29,120.2.11, 29,120.2.12 (attempted premeditated murder under aggravating circumstances), 206.4 (smuggling committed by an organized group), 228.2.2, 228.3 (illegal purchase, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of firearms, component parts , ammunition (other than smooth-bore hunting weapons and ammunition to it), explosives or explosive devices) and 234.1 (illegal manufacture, production, acquisition, storage, transport, transfer or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or precursors) of the Criminal Code.
Aliyev Nadir Shirhan oglu and Suleymanov Najaf Nowruz oglu are charged under 214.2.1, 214.2.3, 120.2.1, 120.2.3, 120.2.4, 120.2.5, 120.2.7, 120.2.11, 120.2.12, 29,120.2.1 , 29,120.2.3, 29,120.2.4, 29,120.2.5, 29,120.2.7, 29,120.2.11, 29,120.2.12, 206.4 and 228.3, Gabulov Ariz Zahid oglu - under articles 206.3.2 and 228.2.1 of the Criminal Code.
A criminal case against Farda Gadirov was closed because his death.
A 29-year-old Farda Gadirov began shooting in the second building of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. According to the joint statement by the Interior Ministry and Prosecutor General's Office, as a result of an armed attack in the State Oil Academy, about 12 people wer killed, 13 - injured. Gadirov was surrounded by the police and committed suicide.
