Foreign ministers of Turkic-speaking countries came together in a meeting which took place in Bodrum town of the western
Turkish province of Mugla on Thursday, Anadolu Agency reported.

Ahmet Davutoglu, who held a joint press conference with foreign ministers of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzsta n - Elmar Mammadyarov, Kanat Saudabayev and Ruslan Kazakbayev, said that the cooperation among countries of Turkish world would be institutionalized.
He expressed hope that a permanent Turkish World Council Secretariat would be shaped in Istanbul during this year's Turkic-speaking countries summit.
Davutoglu noted that the Turkish world countries would be in solidarity thanks to the secretariat.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told a press conference that he discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with his Turkish counterpart, Turk.net reported.
"Turkey is highly respected in the international arena, and therefore I believe that Ahmet bey will take very useful initiatives in the Karabakh settlement", Mammadyarov said.
