Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has today participated in the first session of the Azerbaijani Parliament's fourth convocation, the AzerTaj state news agency reported.
The session started with opening remarks of head of the Parliamentary administration Safa Mirzayev.
Under the parliament`s internal regulations, the oldest member of the parliament - Fattah Heydarov - announced opening of the session.
A list of MPs was read out.
President Ilham Aliyev made remarks at the session.
