President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today participated in a groundbreaking ceremony of the Heydar Aliyev Center in Gakh region, north Azerbaijan.
The Head of State viewed the layout of the Center. Ilham Aliyev was informed that the Heydar Aliyev Center will cover about one hectares of area. The construction is expected to end in 2012.
The Center will include a conference hall, explication saloons, classrooms and a mini-conference hall. The communication systems of the Center will meet the up-to-date standards. A photo gallery on the life and activity of national leader Heydar Aliyev will be created here.
President Ilham Aliyev placed a capsule into the foundation and filled it with concrete.
The Head of State gave relevant instructions about the Center.
