Turkey conducts air exercise

In June, the Turkish province of Konya hosted international air force exercise, the official website of the Armed Forces of Turkey reported on Monday.
Military personnel and equipment from the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and NATO took part in the exercise.
Six F-16 fighters from the UAE and eight units of F-15 military aircraft from Saudi Arabia were involved in the exercise. Turkey provided for the exercise eight airplanes of F-4E2020 type, 27 F-16 fighters, one refueling aircraft KC-135, as well as CN-235 and C-130 aircraft. Two E-3A aircraft units belonging to NATO were also involved in the exercise.
1,065 military personnel members including 540 Turkish military servicemen took part in the exercise.
