President of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic arrived in Azerbaijan on Dec. 16 to participate in the signing of a Final Investment Decision on the Shah Deniz-2.
An honor guard greeted the guest at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport, which was decorated with the national flags of the two countries.
The president of Montenegro met Azerbaijani officials at the airport.
