President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his son Heydar Aliyev have arrived Dec. 12 at the Alley of Honors, and visited the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.
MPs, ministers, heads of state committees, companies and governing bodies, public representatives of the republic also visited the Alley of Honors. President Aliyev laid a wreath at the national leader's grave. Azerbaijan's national anthem was performed.
The Head of State Ilham Aliyev and his son Heydar Aliyev also put flowers at the grave of the national leader's spouse, prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The state figure Aziz Aliyev and professor Tamerlan Aliyev were also commemorated; flowers were put at their graves.
Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Head of Azerbaijan Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and other officials took part in the ceremony of visiting the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.
