President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order Feb. 19 on measures to build the new Baku-Guba-Russian border highway.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order Feb. 19 on measures to build the new Baku-Guba-Russian border highway.

According to the order, the Azerbaijan State Agency of Highways will allocate 150 million manats from the 2018 state budget.
