“Isgandar Hamidov, the chairman of the National Democratic Party (NDPA), got an invitation of the OSCE Baku Office for 27 September at 12.00p.m,” Shamsaddin Rahimli, the first deputy chairman of the NDPA, told Trend.
According to Rahimli, the discussions will focus on the refusal of the Justice Ministry to register the party and prevention of falsifications in the parliamentary elections. “There are many problems to touch upon, but we feel doubts on their solution due to ineffectual appeals to the OSCE and other international organizations,” he added.
Rahimli also stressed that they informed the representatives of the OSCE Baku Office about Hamidov’s appeal to the European Court on Human Rights in regard to his exculpation.
