“On Tuesday several people balloted in the parliamentary elections from Yasamal 2nd constituency 16 testified at the Republic Prosecutor Office,” Akif Nagi, one of the candidates, told Trend.
The Prosecutor General’s Office established an investigative group to investigate the results of the parliamentary elections in the districts Yasamal and Nizamy of Baku city. The investigative group set to preliminary investigation to file criminal case on the base of the complaints from Yasamal 2nd constituency 16.
Candidates from this constituency Akif Nagi, Nadir Guliyev, Azad Karimov, Fakhraddin Babayev, Hagverdy Hagverdiyev and others testified and confirmed their complaints. The investigation is underway.
