Azadlig’ (Freedom) bloc addressed to the Baku Executive Power to sanction the rally scheduled for Sunday in one of the central squares of the city,” Sardar Jalaloglu, the first deputy chairman of the Azerbaijan Democratic Party, a co-constitutor of the bloc, told Trend.

It should be mentioned that the city authorities sanctioned holding of the action of Azadlig’ bloc not in Motodrm’ stadium, but Galaba square.

“We proposed three places such as the squares Fuzuly, Jafar Jabarly and Nariman Narimanov, but did not receive reply. We will act in accordance with the Law on freedom of assembles and appropriate articles of the Azerbaijani Constitution, which indicates that the sides must come to an agreement in regard to holding of action,” Jalaloglu noted.
