The major subject of the forthcoming visit to the South Caucasus region of the acting chairman of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the head of the Belgian Foreign Ministry Karl de Gucht will be settlement of the Nagorno- Karabakh problem, the OSCE Baku office told Trend.
It should be noted in the framework of the visit scheduled for 25 January 2006 Karl de Gucht will make a tour of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
