The New Policy bloc decision to participate in by-elections does not reflect the NIPA position, the NIPA headed by Etibar Mammadov told Trend.
The report says, the party will take a decision on participation or non-participation in by-elections in February. The New Policy bloc decision is only recommendations. The NIPA decision is in the partys elective body powers. The organization has not taken any decision in this respect, the address stresses.
