Observers broke rules at polling stations ## 1 and 6 of second Sumgayit constituency в"- 42, reportedly said Seyidrza Seyidov, chairman of local election commission.
Seyidov said chairman of commissions at these station composed an act on exceeding observers commissions. He said also most violators are representatives of opposition parties.
In general, Seyidov said, the voting goes transparently.
