Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev accepted on 6 September the credentials of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Moldova to Azerbaijan, Ion Rob,Trend reports.
The head of state congratulated the diplomat on his new appointment and wishes him successes in his activities.
Voicing his satisfaction with his new appointment to Azerbaijan, he conveyed best regards of the Moldova President Vladimir Voronin.
Aliyev asked to convey his greetings to Moldovas President. The Azerbaijani leader characterized the opening of Moldovas embassy in Azerbaijan as a positives milestone in the bilateral relationships.
They stressed the successful development of the Azerbaijani-Moldova relationships in many spheres.
