Today, on December 19, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on construction of new workshops foe members of the Union of Painters of Azerbaijan, Trend reports. The document signed by the President says that in order to improve conditions for the creativity of members of the above-mentioned Union, construction of several complexes of modern workshops are envisaged to be constructed in Baku, Ganja, and Nakhchivan Autonomous republic of Azerbaijan.
The head of the Azerbaijani State also signed an order on foundation of the Museum of Modern Art with the aim to demonstrate and in a worthy manner present vivid and bright samples of modern painting, pictures, sculpture, and applied art of Azerbaijan as permanent expositions.
